First I want to thank everyone for submitting pictures of them benching. It was extremely difficult to pick just one. So I went ahead and picked two pictures that stood out, Courtney and I agreed. That is probably a first but we did agree on this...
The first winner of the most creative bench press is Kenny Lanz. When I first saw Kenny in the picture my first thought was he just crossed his legs on the bench to take a picture. I looked at a few of his pictures and saw that isnt the case. He benches like this all the time. I admire his courage. It takes alot of guts to post a picture like that and not get made fun of. Trust me I know. I have posted pictures or vids of some of my lifting and I get way more negative comments than good. I appreciate people like Kenny that help remind me that it doesnt matter. And if he can post pictures like that without worry so can I. That truly is an Alpha picture. Kenny Lanz thank you, and congratulations. A t-shirt is on its way to you.
My second choice is Kate Drea Trautschold. The reason we liked the picture of Kate is for the fact that she is lifting with her husband. I think that relationships that share a common interest like the gym is very important. And certainly, has been a key component to our relationship.
